OLW #84 Shoes

This weeks challenge comes from Susan at http://simplicitybylateblossom.blogspot.com/  We can use as many shades of pink (magenta, hot pink, baby pink, whatever) as we like, but only one shade of orange. We may use black or brown for the sentiment if we wish, but it's not necessary. As my friends know I love shoes. So this challenge was perfect. Stamps are Hero Arts. Ink pads on the shoes are Stampin'Up. The sentiment is Impressions Obsessions and is stamped with Memento. Sympathy Card

This is a quick card I made for a friend who lost her sister. It is simple but elegant. The leaves are by Hero Art Stamps and the words from Obsession Impression. I used Stampin'Up card stock and old olive ink. The words are stamped in brown

OLW #81

This week's challenge is from Jennifer at http://stylesink.ca/2012/02/29/olw81-cream-black-and-bling/ It is to make a one layer card using cream, black and bling. As Jennifer said 'easy peasy' Right !  The card was easy to make but taking the picture is the hard part.  The card stock is vanilla from Stampin'Up. Trust me it is vanilla...it just doesn't look like it. The image is also Stampin'UP and the sentiment  and bling are from my collection. Thanks for looking.

OLW - 79 - Stamp, Stamp, Stamp

This weeks challenge comes from http://stylesink.ca/2012/02/15/olw79-stamp-stamp-stamp-stamp-stamp/ . Thanks Jennifer. Here is my card. All stamps are by Stampscapes. I did use 5 different stamps. ( birds, boat, tall grasses, deer and the rocks and trees and lake are one stamp. I used markers and chalks by Stampin'Up to color. Paper is Stampin' Up  Thanks for looking

OLW- 78 Circles Everywhere

Another great challenge from Susan at http://simplicitybylateblossom.blogspot.com/. I don't know how she thinks up these ideas to make me dig into my stamp collection and find stamps I have forgotten about. Thank you. This weeks challenge was to make a one layered card using at least 5 circles. So here is my card. All stamps are by Stampin' Up. I used a Big and Juicy ink pad. OLW - 77 Happy Bird Day.

This week's challenge is from  http://stylesink.ca/  We have to make a birthday card incorporating a feathered friend. My card is not an original. I first saw this card demonstrated at a Stampin' Up Conventions years ago. I just thought is was the cutist thing and so clever. So I wanted to share it with you. The words are by Amuse.

OLW #75 Male Card.

Since I missed my other challenge (see below) here goes again.  This week's One-Layer Wednesday challenge is by http://simplicitybylateblossom.blogspot.com/.  It is to make a birthday card for a guy. I chose a stamps by Stampin'up  and the words by Amuse ( I think) I used copics to color the car and a multi colored pad for the tree. I also masked the car.  Hope you like it. Don't have anyone to send it to yet but I am sure I will have soon.
