I am back. I have been on a long vacation. Actually a wonderful cruise. Then came home and had visitors. So I am ready to get back to stamping. Here is a card I made for a class. I hope you like it .
Card stock is Stampin'Up and the stamp (yes it is one stamp) is from Artworks by Judy Duke. Colored with copics. I used a little glitter too but it doesn't show up.

Very pretty, Pauline! Did you cut out and pop up the 2 largest balloons? Looks sort of dimensional on my screen...wonderful!
